In a war you have to take up arms and people will get killed, and I can support that kind of action by petrol bombing and bombs under cars, and probably at a later stage, the shooting of vivisectors on their doorsteps. The National Animal Interest Alliance played an active role in passage of the Act and was pleased to be able to distribute this report to its first national conference in 1993. This report was mandated by the 1992 Animal Enterprise Protection Act and prepared for Congress by the US Departments of Agriculture and Justice in response to increasing complaints of incidents of terrorism against people involved in animal-based industries.
